Aerial dance involves performing acrobatic movements while suspended from apparatus hung from a ceiling or aerial rig. This dynamic art form blends elements of dance, acrobatics, and circus arts allowing the dancer to defy gravity.

Aerial classes are taught as a 4-week series. Class size is limited to ensure individual safety and plenty of one-on-one interaction between students and instructors.

There's more to aerial than just aerial silks and in this series, students will learn the basic building blocks of Lyra & Sling. Build strength and confidence as you learn how to safely mount, pose, and navigate movement on these apparatus. This is a mixed level class and no experience is necessary!

Equipment available includes aerial silks, hammocks, lyras, dance trapeze, and an aerial anchor!

An 18’ portable aerial rig is also available.
